From the same account your website lives on, you run the whole client side of the business. Each module is one tab, and only the ones you use are switched on.

Who is behind it
Behind Panel Biznesu there is a person, not a call centre.
I am Adam, based in Szczecin, an hour from Berlin. The idea came from my own frustration: every small text change on my websites, Algebra i Spółka and the site of our music duo Duostrings, ended in the code. If that annoyed me, it must annoy a hairdresser or a garage owner even more.
For Algebra I built a panel with bookings, students and payments; for the other site, a few automations that saved me work. Panel Biznesu is the same set of tools, put in order for small service businesses.
There is no sales team and no hotline. I read every message myself and usually reply the same or the next day, in English, Polish or German.

I start with how you work today. Modules come later.
I do not sell a feature list. First I want to see how a client reaches your business and what has to happen next.

I map one real case
From the first message through an appointment or quote to payment. I look for places where you retype things or have to remember the next step.

I connect the website to your work
An enquiry from the form does not land in your inbox but straight on the client list in the panel. From there it becomes an appointment, a proposal and a bill.
3.
I switch on only what helps
After launch we check together whether you retype less and nothing is left unanswered. The next module comes only when it solves a real problem.
